Mr. James Klugh
Mr. James "Pete" Klugh was hired in the Spring of 2022 as the Principal of Southmoreland Middle School. Prior to joining Southmoreland, Mr. Klugh was a principal and assistant principal with Ringgold School District in Washington County. Mr. Klugh taught Social Studies in grades 7-12 before being hired as a school administrator in 2014. Mr Klugh lives in Latrobe with his two children, Ryan and Bailey.
