• ASVAB
    Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery

All 10th grade students will be participating in the ASVAB testing November 5, during school hours. Students in grades 11 and 12 that are interested in taking the test can sign up in the Counseling Office. There is no charge for the test. The ASVAB is a timed multi-aptitude test, which is given at more than 14,000 schools nationwide. Students are scored in four critical areas - arithmetic reasoning, word knowledge, paragraph comprehension and mathematics knowledge.

Participation in this test DOES NOT mean the student is interested in pursuing a military career or will be contacted by military personnel.  The ASVAB is administered for the purpose of providing students with a career interest inventory tool that will help provide them with information on future careers they may or may not have interest in.
